Born and raised in Harvey, Illinois Justin Paruszkiewicz attended Ball State University and received his bachelor’s degree in food and hospitality management. Paruszkiewicz has been working professionally in the industry since 2005, after graduating from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Prior to joining the Gibsons Restaurant Group in 2016, Paruszkiewicz was a founding team member of the Chicago based company Home Chef where he served as the Culinary Director and Executive Chef. Paruszkiewicz describes his cooking style as Contemporary American.
