Best Bites for Bounce 2019, hosted by the Bounce Emerging Leaders Board, was generously hosted by Binny’s in Lincoln Park. Built in 1905, this former Lincoln Park Pumping Station, boasts a gorgeous Barrel Room often referred to as one of the best-kept secrets in Chicago. And it did not disappoint! Guests were treated to beautiful sight lines, outstanding architecture, tons of natural light – even an outdoor patio.

While dining on delectable small plates that ranged from Asparagus & Burrata to Maine Lobster Rolls, guests enjoyed fabulous Mystery Gift Bags, amazing Raffle Prize Packages, outstanding Silent Auction items and the evening’s Signature Cocktail, Bounce House while listening to the smooth sounds from KBE Entertainment.
Congratulations to Overall Best Bite award recipient, Chef Jim Churches, who was recognized for his Tortilla-Encrusted Turkey Medallion. Recognized for Most Creative Bite was Chef Spencer Blake for his take on Mick Klug Farm Asparagus & Burrata. Most Unique ingredient honors went to Chef Justin Paruszkiewicz for his Fresh Maine Lobster Roll and Best Comfort Bite went to Chef Graham Hallen for Pork Belly Balsamic BLT.
