A Delicious Competition to benefit Bounce Children’s Foundation®

Best Bites for Bounce, hosted by the Emerging Leaders Board, was a tasty success! Nearly 200 people attended to support the children and families of Bounce Children’s Foundation.
Bounce was proud to welcome four regionally and nationally renowned chefs:
Jim Churches, CEC, Land O’Lakes
Graham Hallen, Egg Harbor
Nate Herrera, Clever Rabbit
Justin Paruskziewicz, Hugo’s Frog Bar
To the delight of guests, each amazing chef prepared a delicious “small plate” featuring their favorite and finest. While tasting these delectable offerings, attendees also enjoyed beer, wine and the event’s signature cocktail, the Bounce House. Congratulations to Chef Jim Churches, CEC, Land O’ Lakes Corporate Chef & Culinary Sales, who earned the Overall Best Bite honor for his Herb Encrusted Turkey Medallion.
In addition to this tasty part of the night, guests had a chance to enjoy fun Raffles with outstanding prizes, surprising and delightful Mystery Gift Bags and amazing Silent Auction items. Most meaningfully, they heard first-hand why their support was so important as Bounce Parents shared the challenges of raising children battling chronic illness and what the difference the organization makes.
With thanks to all attendees, sponsors, venue host, Savage Smyth, and most especially Executive Chef Sponsors and Sous Chef Sponsors, Best Bites for Bounce raised more than $30,000 to benefit Bounce’s mission of transforming the lives of chronically ill children, and their families.
