Corey Martens

Corey Martens is the Director of SEC Reporting Compliance and the Compliance Officer of an SEC registrant headquartered in North Carolina.  Prior to his current role, Corey has been a Partner and a Managing Director in the forensic and dispute services practices of multiple global accounting and advisory firms. Corey began his career in the audit practice of one of the aforementioned global accounting firms in its Milwaukee office. Corey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). He received his BBA from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. Aside from being a Board Member for Bounce Children’s Foundation, Corey serves as a Board Member for Equip for Equality, and is a former member of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Foundation Keystone Board.
