Maitlin Raycroft earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Lutheran University.  Before relocating from Chicago to Texas, Maitlin’s volunteer work at the LaGrange Food Pantry and St. Baldrick’s Foundation fostered a passion for helping others early in life.  As a collegiate student athlete and coach, she leveraged her leadership role to engage her team in volunteering/fundraising on behalf of local Special Olympics and local animal hospitals. Maitlin also served as an elementary school teacher’s aid and fundraised for family’s impacted by cancer.

Prior to joining Bounce, Maitlin worked in Account Management for both Barton Associates and Robert Half Incorporated. Her strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, ideas for improving account management, and business results, earned her promotions into management.  While succeeding at the office, Maitlin maintained her commitment to giving back, helping families with children battling chronic illness navigate the medical system and providing emotional support.  Maitlin is back in the Chicagoland area and excited to join the Bounce Community.
