Perry Sweet

Perry brings decades of experience leading client management, services, and support teams that break records in revenue and client satisfaction. He became the Chief Operations Officer at Recondo Technology in 2015, which was acquired by Waystar in 2019.

Prior to Recondo, Perry worked for nearly ten years at Allscripts, where he was Vice President of Services, Support and Account Management for the company’s Population Health and Community Solutions. Perry began his career at IBM, where he held a series of progressively more senior leadership roles over 16 years, including Healthcare Channel Business Unit Executive. He also was a Regional Vice President for 5 years for a premier healthcare consulting company, First Consulting Group.

Perry holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
