Skyler May-Belleville

Skyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where she spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Tartu in Estonia and participated in a semester long internship in the Capitol Hill Internship Program in Washington, DC. She also earned dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration at the University of Nebraska Omaha. As a graduate assistant, Skyler led efforts in organizing fifteen university-wide service events with over two thousand volunteers.

Prior to joining Bounce, Skyler advocated for immigrant and refugee families by organizing housing, transportation, educational opportunities, and employment as a case worker at the Lutheran Family Services’ International Center of the Heartland in Omaha, Nebraska. Skyler also worked as a Client Services Manager in the Washington, DC metro area, where she assisted older adults and their families in navigating health systems and organizing in-home nursing care. Skyler and her husband recently relocated to the Chicagoland area with their dog, Alfie. Skyler brings her passion for advocacy and event planning to the Bounce team.
