Delaney Joyce is very excited to join the team at Bounce Children's Foundation as Web Development Intern. Delaney is a Sophomore at the Ohio State University studying Finance with a minor in Engineering Sciences through the university’s Integrated Business and Engineering Honors Program. She has developed a love for product development, business strategy, and finding innovative solutions that help others. Delaney’s drive to make a real difference in people’s lives took root through her time volunteering at a children’s community center in her hometown - an experience that’s a big part of why she’s so excited to join the Bounce team. In the future, she hopes to build a career at the intersection of business and technology, using her skills to give back in bigger ways.

At Ohio State, she’s involved in Buckeye Professional Advancement and Development (BPAD) and Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Through these organizations, she values forming meaningful relationships with others and being part of tight-knit communities. Delaney is absolutely thrilled to be a part of the team at Bounce, and can't wait to make a positive impact.
