Delaney Sullivan is very excited to join the team at Bounce Children’s Foundation as the Development Summer Intern. Delaney is a rising senior at the University of Dayton with a major in Health Science and a concentration in Exercise and Movement. She also has minors in Disability Studies and Psychology. Delaney’s minor in Psychology allowed her the opportunity to study abroad in Amsterdam in the summer of 2025 with the University of Dayton’s Psychology department. In her time at the University of Dayton, Delaney works as the Facility Operations Lead Supervisor for Staff Engagement for the University of Dayton Campus Recreation. In this role, she is responsible for leading her team to success, from training newly appointed supervisors to organizing staff bonding activities. Delaney has served as the secretary of Phi Epsilon Kappa, a Health Science Fraternity focused on the growth and development of students who are interested in pursuing careers in health care. In her role as secretary, she was responsible for schedule management, communication, reservation of spaces on campus, and tracking the progress and attendance of chapter members. Delaney served as a teaching assistant for the Human Anatomy Laboratory at the University of Dayton, where she is responsible for teaching information and assisting students with exam preparation. Delaney is an active member of the University of Dayton’s chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, a service fraternity dedicated to serving the community around us. Outside of school, Delaney works as a
Rehabilitation Tech at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush Physical Therapy, where she assists patients with their treatments, allowing for a healthy recovery. Delaney’s wide range of experience has prepared her well for this role, and she is excited to begin her work at Bounce.
