Montana Lechner is thrilled to join Bounce Children's Foundation as the new Program Manager. Montana earned a Master of Science in Social Work with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Tennessee and is a Licensed Social Worker with more than six years in nonprofit program leadership. 

She brings experience in partnership development, volunteer engagement, and designing and strengthening programs. She is excited to build community and create meaningful experiences for the wonderful children and families that Bounce serves!
