Jack Rouse currently works as a Senior Manager of Strategic Operations for Shields Health Solutions. In his role, he focuses on helping drive strategic growth for health system partners across the United States. He graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, earning a degree in Finance.

Outside of Shields and the ELB, Jack enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with friends. Now living in Chicago, Jack is excited to join the Bounce team and make a difference in the lives of Bounce families through his work on the Emerging Leaders Board.
