RAMSAY L. FULEIHAN, M.D. ELECTED TO BOUNCE CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION® BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DEERFIELD, Ill. (Feb. 7, 2017)- Bounce Children’s Foundation ® (Bounce), a not-for-profit organization supporting chronically-ill children and their families, is proud to announce the election of Ramsay L. Fuleihan, M.D. to its Board of Directors.  Dr. Fuleihan is an Attending Physician at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

 

Prior, Dr. Fuleihan was an Attending Physician at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital and Yale University School of Medicine in Connecticut.

 

He also serves as the Director of Primary Immunodeficiency Clinical Services, the Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiency, Lurie Children’s Ambulatory Infusion Center, and the Allergy & Immunology Fellowship Program at Lurie Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Fuleihan is a prominent member of several professional organizations including: the Clinical Immunology Society (CIS) where he serves as Chair of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) Committee; the US Immunodeficiency Network (USIDNET) where he serves as co-Principal Investigator and member of the Steering Committee; and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology where he is on the Board of Directors.

After obtaining his medical degree at American University of Beirut in Lebanon, Dr. Fuleihan  completed his pediatric residency at Duke University Medical Center and his fellowship in allergy and immunology at the Children’s Hospital-Boston at Harvard Medical School.
