Robert A. Lucas elected to three year term on Bounce Board of Directors

Lucas, RobertDEERFIELD, IL. (June 8, 2016) — Bounce Children’s Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Robert A. (Bobby) Lucas, Office Managing Partner, Dinsmore & Shohl, Chicago, to a three year term on its Board of Directors. He will also serve as Governance Committee Chair.

Lucas’ broad experience in business law and governance, his entrepreneurial style, and his sharp focus on meeting each client’s unique needs will be important assets to Bounce’s growth and success. “Bobby understands how to build relationships that are advantageous to both parties, vital to Bounce as we ex-pand to help as many children and families as possible,” noted Bounce Board Chair and KPMG Partner, Corey Martens. “We welcome him to the board and look forward to leveraging his expertise.”

Lucas practices in Dinsmore’s Corporate Department in the Business, Acquisitions and Securities Practice Group. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as general business law and corporate matters, for small to middle market clients as well as larger, privately-held entities.

Selected for the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2005, and again named a Rising Star in Illinois in 2009-2016, Lucas is also a member of Dinsmore & Shohl’s Board of Directors and sits in on the Finance Committee. He received his B.S. from Xavier University in 1997 and his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2001.
