Alec Winden

Alec works as a private equity associate at CIVC Partners, a Chicago-based investment firm, focusing on executing control investments in middle market business services companies. He graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2022, earning a BBA with a concentration in Finance. Previously, Alec was an investment banking analyst at Lincoln International in Chicago and has also served as a member of Highwind Impact Fund, an organization focused on providing growth grants to local nonprofits. In his free time, Alec is a die hard Michigan sports fan, music enthusiast, and a recreational runner and soccer player.
