Emily Dubuque is an Associate on the Investment Team at Evergreen Investment Advisors, where she analyzes, underwrites, and manages real estate investments across the country. Her work focuses on multifamily and master-planned community projects in markets including California, Florida, Austin, and Atlanta.

Before joining Evergreen, Emily held roles at J.P. Morgan and Neighborhood Property Group. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Originally from Boston and now based in Chicago, Emily cares deeply about helping create joyful, connected childhoods for kids and families facing health challenges. As one of seven children and someone who has witnessed the impact of chronic conditions on young family members, she is grateful to support Bounce’s mission and community.
