With over 25 years of experience in IT Nathan provides expertise and leadership in M&A IT due diligence, managing complex separations, technology implementation, and IT operational process improvement. His skillset enables clients to achieve transformative business change through technology and process.

Since joining West Monroe in 2012, Nathan has focused on M&A pre-close and post-close transactions and currently leads the Technology Transaction Service's practice, which focuses on private equity and strategic buyers.
