Victoria Sennabaum

Victoria Sennabaum is a Manager in West Monroe’s Operations Excellence practice with a focus in Organizational Change and Organizational Design. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University and previously worked for McDonald’s, Bluebeam, Inc., The Wash Group, and Wind Point Partners in Chicago. Victoria’s passion for philanthropy stems from her undergraduate experience where she worked in the Service-Learning Department organizing and hosting volunteer events within her community and served as the Philanthropy Chair for the Greek Honors Society, Order of Omega. Victoria has served with various philanthropic organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Misericordia, and the American Heart Association, however, Bounce has been her philanthropic “home” since Bounce’s inception.
