Katherine Greenberg is an Vice President with Kaufman Hall, and a member of the firm’s Strategic and Financial Planning practice. She advises hospital and health system executives on operational strategy, including assisting in assessing operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping in the development and implementation of strategies to realize those opportunities.
Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Ms. Greenberg was an Associate at Huron Consulting Group, where she helped lead physician performance optimization, referral production/workflow improvement, and clinical throughput alignment projects. She led practice alignment and profitability improvement engagements in more than a dozen specialties for a variety of hospitals, including community hospitals, academic medical centers, and large health systems. Ms. Greenberg has experience working in project management, and leading Huron’s Scheduling and Access Assurance Methodology Team. She also worked in finance at OptumHealth, where her responsibilities included reporting year-to-year market trends.
Ms. Greenberg holds a B.A. in Economics, with a concentration in Political Economy, from Carleton College.
