AMY JONES ELECTED TO BOUNCE CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION® BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DEERFIELD, Ill. (October 23, 2017) – Bounce Children’s Foundation®, a non-profit organization supporting chronically ill children and their families, announced today the election of Ms. Amy Jones, senior director, Internal Audit and Controls, McDonald’s Corporation, to its board of directors. Ms. Jones will serve a three-year term.

During her tenure at McDonald’s Corporation, Ms. Jones has held various roles within the Global Finance organization, including an overseas assignment based in Singapore. Her responsibilities abroad included financial oversight of the Greater Asia markets, in addition to managing financial operations within the Headquarters based in Singapore. In her current role, she is responsible for the oversight and execution of the company’s annual operational internal audit plan globally.

“As a mom, I am blessed daily with watching my children enjoy everything life can offer. I want to help other families create such moments of happiness,” said Ms. Jones. “My greatest satisfaction as a director will be enabling even more children and families to engage with Bounce.”

Ms. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Auburn University. She started her career as an auditor at KPMG. Then she moved to the Home Depot, where she had a successful career in different finance roles.

She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
