Information We Collect
Personal Information
If you choose to fill out our volunteer form on the Website, we will collect your name, phone number, gender and email address in addition to information about your availability and volunteer preferences. You may download our Volunteer Application from the website. If you choose to apply to be a Bounce Volunteer, you will provide us with additional personal information. Bounce’s collection, use, storage and disclosure of that data is subject to the policies and conditions described in the Volunteer Application, including the Volunteer Agreement.
You may choose to provide us with your email address by signing up to receive our newsletter. We will also collect any information you provide if you contact us directly by email, fax or phone. Email can be an insecure means of communication so we recommend that you do not send personal or confidential information via email.
You may download our Family Membership Application from the Website. If you choose to apply for Bounce Family Membership, you will provide to us sensitive personal information including personal health information (“PHI”) regarding your family. Bounce’s collection, use, storage and disclosure of that data is subject to the policies and conditions described in the Family Membership Application, including in the Membership Agreement. Please carefully read the application, including directions for submission of the application. Please do not provide any sensitive personal or health information through the Website itself.
You may also choose to provide us with your name, address, email address and phone number through a third party donation website such as PayPal or Public Good. We do not receive any payment card information from these third parties.
Non-identifying Information
In addition to information that you provide us voluntarily, your browser may send us information such as your requests to the Website, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language and the date and time of your request. Membership Application
Personal information, including PHI, provided by you through the Family Membership Application will be used or disclosed for the purposes outlined in the application, including the Membership Agreement. Bounce will never share this information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can request details about what personal information is disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes as well as the third parties with whom such information has been shared during the preceding calendar year. We do not share any personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Bounce does not intend to collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Website.
