Ryan Zayance

Ryan is a Strategy Consultant in Accenture’s Health Strategy practice, where he advises healthcare clients on matters related to operating model strategy and cost transformation, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, and consumer-oriented innovations. Prior to Accenture, Ryan worked in strategy and operations at Kaiser Permanente and as an Administrative Fellow at Corewell Health (formerly Beaumont Health). Ryan holds a Masters degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan. He first came to know Bounce through his efforts creating Spring Cards for Bounce families, and after meeting Joan and other Emerging Leaders Board members, jumped at the opportunity to join the ELB and help advance Bounce’s mission.
