Scotty Gruszka

Scotty Gruszka currently works on the Marketing & Sponsorship Specialist team at Wintrust. In his role he helps to manage the various sport, city, and community sponsorships that Wintrust invests in for both the Chicagoland area and Wisconsin. Prior to Wintrust, Scotty worked in the Northwestern Athletic Department on their Corporate Sponsorship team managing their relationships with partners for varsity athletic programs. He is born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a degree in Sport Marketing. He is very much looking forward to making a small difference in the lives of Bounce children and families.
